No problem, we can help you. If you have a customer account, click on the My Account button at the top of the homepage. The login/registration box will appear.  Click on the text: I have forgotten my password. You will be asked to enter your email address and your password will automatically be sent to you. Should you decide that you no longer require a customer account, please send an email to office@partydreams.at requesting the closure of your account. Please add your registered customer name and address. We will send a confirmation email once the account has been closed.

Have you looked in your Spam / Junk folder? Sometimes our email may be hiding there. Perhaps your email inbox is full and will not allow our email to be delivered. Another possibility is to search your inbox folder for emails from shop@partydreams.at and our email may appear. Ordering

Our warehouse team selects your ordered products from our storage shelves and carefully packs them in recycled or recyclable cardboard boxes or envelopes of the right size. We make sure that our packaging is as environmentally friendly as it can be. To ensure that nothing is damaged during transport, we use paper as filling material. Any breakable products are protected with recyclable packaging.

We occasionally offer promotion codes via our Newsletter, Instagram & Facebook accounts, and on our homepage. You can sign up for our Newsletter on our homepage and follow us on Instagram here.  Unfortunately, current discount codes cannot be applied to past orders.

You have the possibility to add, remove, and change the quantity of products in your basket up until you click on the payment button.

We require your contact details in case we need to get in touch with you regarding your order. We never disclose email addresses, names, or telephone numbers to third parties without your prior consent.

Unfortunately, our warehouse only receives an overview of your basket once the order has been paid. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the availability of all the products in your basket before the payment of your order.

It is only possible to use one current code per order.

To use a valid promotion code, please enter the code into the promotion code box during the validation section of the checkout process.

This is no problem! Simply add each address to the relevant information box during the checkout process.  Our courier will contact you via SMS or email to inform you of the delivery date and time. If you know you will not be at your delivery address on the specified day you can adjust the delivery date, time, or address directly via the courier company’s website.

If a product you would like to purchase is out of stock, please add your email address to the box under the product description text. Next, tick the data protection agreement box. Your interest in the product will be registered and as soon as the product is available you will receive a notification email.

Should you experience this problem, it means that we have low stock of that item. We do our best to restock our low-stock products as soon as possible. Please contact us and we will be able to give you more information on the expected delivery of your product of interest. 

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day that we receive them or latest the next working day. Should you recognise that you have forgotten a product, please contact us as soon as possible, we are sure we will find a solution.

Payments & Invoices

There are many ways to pay for your purchases in our shop. We accept payment in Euros via bank transfer, credit card,  PayPal, and via Klarna - Sofort, payment via invoice, or payment in 3 installments (Pay in 3). 

For payments via bank transfer: you will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of your order together with our bank account details. Once we have received your payment your order will be prepared for dispatch. Normally it can take 1-3 working days before your payment arrives in our account. If you require your order as soon as possible, please send us a confirmation of your payment (offce@partydreams.at) together with your order number, name, and address and we will be able to dispatch the order a little quicker. 
For payments via credit card: we accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard ).  This payment option is processed securely and reliably by the multi-certified and award-winning Payment Service Provider (PSP) Unzer GmbH. The company specializes in online payment transactions and operates the payment platform for e- and m-commerce Unzer.
For payments via Klarna: 
 Add products into your basket and during the checkout process select your preferred Klarna payment method (Sofort, invoice or pay in 3). 
The payment information will be sent to you by email from Klarna. If you have a Klarna app, the email will be sent to the email account you use for all your Klarna transactions. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your Junk / Spam folders or alternatively log into your Klarna app or contact us: office@partydreams.at. 
The email from Klarna will include the information about your order and how to pay including a payment reference number to use in all communication with Klarna concerning your order. 
As soon as your order has been prepared and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Yes, this is possible. We offer a range of payment options including payment via invoice and Pay in 3. These payment options are managed by our payment partner – Klarna. Once you have completed and finalised your order you will receive an email from Klarna with an overview of your order together with the payment terms. 

 For payment via invoice, you need to pay within 30 days from the invoice date.  
 For Pay in 3, your invoice will be split into 3 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made on completing the order, with the remaining payments scheduled every 30 days. 

We hope for your understanding of our decision that, for the sake of the environment, we will not include a copy of your invoice in your package. Instead, you can find a copy of the invoice attached to your XXXXX email. If you are registered in our shop, you can see an overview of your order at any time.

Klarna is one of our payment partners and they use their own credit check. Your payment data is protected and therefore we do not have access to this information. We are sorry we cannot be of further help and recommend that you contact Klarna customer services: www.klarna.com/at/kundenservice.

When you choose to pay with a credit card, your payments go through various security checks. This reduces payment defaults. Your data is fully protected so we do not have access to this information and are therefore unable to give you any further information related to your payment. 

 Possible reasons for rejection can be: - 
  • Your bank has not confirmed the data you entered, perhaps there was a typing error 
  • Your card-issuing bank has declined the payment 
  •  Your card has expired or is invalid 
  •  Your card has problems with the 3D Secure process 
  •  Your card is generally not online-enabled

The prices shown on our webshop include VAT. The delivery charge is not included.

If, when completing your order, you selected payment via Klarna – either by invoice or payment in 3 installments you should have received the payment information directly from Klarna. The email will explain the payment terms. For example, payment via invoice requires that you pay the outstanding amount within 30 days from the invoice date. If the payment is not received, Klarna sends a reminder over which we have no influence. It is possible to view your payment status on the Klarna app or via their customer site. If you have paid twice for an order, we will automatically transfer the overpayment back to your payment account – bank or PayPal. This should arrive in your account within a few days.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds

After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation. Our courier (DPD) will separately inform you of your tracking number, the planned delivery date, and time. You have the possibility to contact DPD to adjust the delivery date or alternatively give permission for the courier to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or to leave it in a particular place at your delivery address. We are unable to do this on your behalf and are not liable for any losses due to any changes you make to the delivery.  

If the courier was unable to deliver your package, they will leave an information card and your order will be taken to the nearest packet shop or pick-up station.

Yes, it is possible to collect your order from our office. The collection is possible on working days and by appointment only. Please contact us, via email (office@partydreams.at) or telephone (+43 2243 20240) to arrange a pick-up time.

Once we receive your order, we will work quickly to get your beautiful products to you as soon as possible. We will ship the products no later than the next working day following payment.

As soon as we have received and checked your returned products we will send you a returns confirmation email. The amount to be refunded will be transferred back to the payment method you chose when placing your order. Please note that once we have refunded your account it may take up to 4-5 working days before the refund becomes visible in your bank / PayPal account.

We hope that you are satisfied with all the items received. If for any reason you are not, please contact us to arrange the return of the items within 14 business days of receipt. We can only accept returns if the product is unopened (unless the product was found to be damaged on opening the product packaging), unused, and in its original packaging.  Please specify the reasons for the return,  we will organise your refund once we have received the item(s). A refund for the return delivery charge will be given only in instances where the incorrect items have been sent to you, are damaged, or are faulty.

When we receive your return, it will be processed immediately and quickly reported to Klarna. Based on the returns information we have supplied, Klarna reduces the invoice amount accordingly. An email will be sent by Klarna confirming the updated payment information.

In most cases, the delivery time is only 1-4 working days after dispatch, depending on the receiving country. In rare cases it may take a little longer, in this situation we will notify you via email. For our customers in Austria, we also offer an Express delivery Please see our delivery costs and timings for your country here. If your country is outside of the EU / Switzerland,  contact us (office@partydreams.at) and we will be happy to help you. 

Please note: depending on the recipient country, different import duties (import sales tax and, if applicable, customs and fees) may apply. These are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If you're not at home when the delivery arrives and you haven't arranged an alternative delivery location with the courier service, your package will be held at the nearest packet shop or a Pick Up-Station close to your address. You'll receive a notification via text message, email, or a note in your mailbox. The package will be kept at the packet shop for a specific time period; if you don't pick it up during that time, it will be returned to us.

We want you, as our valued customer, to be 100% happy and satisfied with your order. However, on very rare occasions the contents of your order may not correspond to what you expected, perhaps there is a product defect, a packing error, or a damaged product. If this has happened, we sincerely apologise and ask that you contact us via email together with, where applicable, images of the damaged or defective product. Everything about Balloons

Helium is an odour & colourless inert gas that is lighter than air. Because it is lighter than air, it enables objects to float. Helium will expand with heat and contract with cold temperatures. It is best to store helium-inflated balloons at room temperature to ensure they keep their appearance and optimal float time.

It is completely safe to use, it is not toxic, and it does not burn or explode. People often inhale helium to produce a high-pitched voice, however, this can be dangerous. Directly inhaling helium may affect a person’s breathing and cause damage to a person’s health.  

Helium should not be used by children aged under 14 years.

For our customers in Austria, we sell small canisters of helium suitable for small numbers of latex or foil balloons. (link) However, if you have a large celebration and want to inflate a lot of balloons, we recommend you hire a helium cylinder; this will be quicker and more economical. There are many online companies who will deliver and pick up the pre-filled canister and can advise you on the size you require for your needs.

If you have used your foil balloon on several occasions and it cannot no longer be successfully re-inflated there are a number of ways you can use the balloon for different purposes. 

Here are just a few:    
  • You can use the balloon as a themed gift wrap or alternatively, turn the balloon inside out and you have a beautiful silver gift wrapping.    
  • Create handmade ribbons and bows from strips of the balloon. 
  • Cut the balloon into strips and thread them onto a string and use them in your vegetable or flower garden to keep birds from eating your seeds.          
  • Fill the balloon with sand, fasten the opening with tape and use as weights for new foil balloons or to weigh down small tents or outside decorations. 
  • Use the balloons cut into strips and shapes for craft projects, with their colourful shine and lightweight nature they can add a different dimension to any creative activity.
  • Create a foil emergency blanket.

Latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex harvested from the bark of the rubber tree. These balloons are bio-degradable under normal environmental conditions. Caring for our environment and the nature that surrounds us is very important to us as a company. We recommend that balloons are not released into the air due to the potential danger for birds and animals, from both the balloon and the balloon ribbon, once the balloons reach the ground.

Due to the self-sealing valve on most foil balloons, it is possible to refill the balloon, either as a top-up or completely.  After your celebration the helium can be removed from the balloon – gently insert a paper drinking straw into the valve of the balloon and slowly press the remaining gas out of the balloon. Fold the balloon and store it until the next occasion.  Generally, a foil balloon can be re-inflated 2-3 times.

Yes, you can inflate most foil balloons with air, using a hand pump or a drinking straw and a little of your own puff! The balloon will not float but it can be suspended from furniture or the ceiling by threading balloon ribbon through the tabs found on the top of most balloons. If the balloon does not have tabs, you can use glue dots to fix the string on the back of the balloon or direct onto a wall or piece of furniture.

Latex balloons can be inflated with air using an electric or hand pump or a little of your own puff! Alternatively, they can be inflated using helium. 

 Mini balloons (12cm diameter) should only be inflated with a balloon hand pump or your own air. 
 Please note that the float time for helium-filled latex balloons is approximately 6-8 hours, depending on temperature and other conditions. For this reason, it is recommended to inflate the balloons as close to the time the party begins as possible. 
 The float time of latex balloons can be significantly increased by using a special high-float mixture.  This coats the inside of the balloon creating a barrier slowing down the release of the gas through the balloon. High float can be purchased through balloon specialist shops.  

This differs from country to country and region to region. Please refer to your local community information explaining the disposal options.

Carefully insert the nozzle of the helium canister into the valve opening (the large tab at the bottom of the balloon). Hold the balloon straight so that the valve does not get bent. Open the valve on the gas canister to allow helium into the balloon. 

 Inflate the balloon slowly, allowing the smaller sections to fill before the main body of the balloon is filled. 
 Remove the helium canister nozzle and the valve on the balloon automatically closes. To refill the balloon the valve can be gently opened and closed after re-inflation.  
 Your inflated balloon should yield slightly when you press on it. If it is not flexible it means that your balloon is overfilled. 
 If, after inflating your balloons, you still have helium in your canister, store the canister and the remaining helium can be used on another occasion. 
 Tie a balloon ribbon on to your balloon and fix the other end to a balloon weight or piece of furniture so that the balloon does not float away. 
 Never allow foil balloons to float away in the open air, especially not near overhanging power cables.

A foil balloon inflated with helium and kept indoors, will float for approx. 1-2 weeks. Draughts, big changes in temperature, both hot and cold, can reduce the time that the balloon will successfully float.

No, never allow foil balloons to float away in the open air, especially not near overhanging power cables. Always fix the balloon to a balloon weight or furniture to prevent it from floating away.

Foil balloons should never be released into the air because of the additional dangers of the balloons encountering electric power cables etc. The laws concerning balloon release vary from country to country and region to region. The reason may be that you have not filled the balloon with sufficient helium for its size; simply fill the balloon with more helium until it reaches the correct size. Your inflated balloon should yield slightly when you press on it. 

If it is not flexible it means that your balloon is overfilled and may burst. If you have added tassels and other decorations to your balloon string, it may be too heavy for the balloon to be able to carry. Try removing some of the decorations and this should help. 
 Finally, if your party is outside and the weather is very warm or cold, this can also affect the balloon and its optimal floating time.

You can partly fill your balloon with air carefully using a hand balloon pump and top up the remainder with helium. This reduces the amount of helium required but will also reduce the float time of the balloon.

Confetti balloons are beautiful, especially when the pieces of confetti stick to the sides. This is easily achieved when you use air to inflate the balloons. If you use helium alone, the confetti may lay at the base of the balloon which is not so desirable. Either create static by rubbing and turning the balloon against clothing or partially fill the balloon with a small amount of air and the remainder with helium.    Due to the extra weight of the confetti, helium-filled confetti balloons will not have the same float time as standard latex balloons.

Yes, a good tip is to use two chairs or boxes, place them the same distance apart as the size the inflated balloon should be e.g. 30cm, and inflate the balloon in this space. You know when it touches both chairs or boxes it has reached the optimal size.

There are shops selling balloons that also offer a balloon-filling service, even for balloons bought elsewhere. However, it may be best to call them first to confirm this and not have a wasted journey! 

Many foil balloons can be inflated with air using a straw; however, the balloon will not float independently. It would need to be suspended from the ceiling or high furniture using the tabs at the top of the balloon.

Eco & Recycling

One of our key priorities is to get your order to you as quickly and as environmentally friendly as possible. 

 We aim to deliver your order with planet-friendly packaging.  Our outer boxes are made from 70% recycled card and this can be further recycled. We also re-purpose our supplier boxes where possible. We use recycled packing materials instead of bubble wrap to protect breakable products in your order.

Old batteries should not be placed in the waste bins but should instead be handed in free of charge at any of the community's public collection points.
