Do you deliver to addresses outside of Austria?
Currently we deliver to all countries within the EU. All items are sent via our delivery service using the company GLS.
An item I want to purchase is out of stock, when will it be available?
We aim not to be out of stock but from time to time this can unfortunately happen. Please call Party Dreams on 0043 (0) 2243 20240 or send us a quick e-mail (office@partydreams.at) and we will be able to give you more information related to the items ‚back in stock‘ status. If the quantity of stock for a particular product you order is not currently in our warehouse we will contact you via phone or e-mail to suggest an alternative item.
What are the delivery costs and how long does it take?
We, at PartyDreams, know how important it is for our customers to receive their orders on time which is why we offer you a delivery service with DPD courier. We have one delivery charge regardless of the size or value of the order. Should one of the items you order become out of stock we will send the main package and will contact you via e-mail to advise you of the revised delivery date for the remaining items or to offer you an alternative product. The remaining items would be, as expected, sent with no further delivery costs to you.
Please note: depending upon the country of destination, excluding EU countries, different import duties and charges may be applied. These are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. *)

How do I return items to you?
We hope that you will 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. However, if you are not happy with any of the items please send them back to us unused, in their original packaging together with the original documentation within 14 days of purchase. Please specify the reasons for the return and we will refund you in full once we have received the item(s). Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us. A refund for the return delivery charge will be given only in instances where the incorrect items have been sent to you, are damaged or are faulty. Please send returns to:

Are all the toys on your site safe for children to use?
Some of the toys on Party Dreams may have small parts which could be a choking hazard for young children. In the description of each toy article it will clearly state whether the toy is suitable for children under 3 years and this warning will be included in any packaging of the item for your reference. Adults should always inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years. Please read the balloon packaging for more information.
Do you send customers Newsletters?
If you would like to receive regular e-mails with news of new party themes, new products and party ideas please fill in the box on the Newsletter section of our Homepage or alternatively tick the box requesting a newsletter during the shopping check-out process. Please rest assured that we NEVER disclose our e-mail addresses to third parties and should you wish, at any time, to stop receiving the newsletter all you have to do is send a short e-mail to: office@partydreams.at
Why do you need all my contact details?
It is necessary for us to have your contact details should we in the unlikely event need to contact you concerning your order. We never disclose e-mail addresses, names or telephone numbers to third parties without your prior consent.
